This policy applies to the advize.io website, the Advize.io app, TradeIQ, and any email or account communication we send (together, the "Service"). It also explains how we meet the requirements of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA), and the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA).

NEXT GEN Global Partners, LLC is the controller (or "business" under California law) responsible for your personal information.

We do not use your personal information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. TradeIQ uses AI to generate market analysis from data you provide. That analysis is informational only and is not a decision about you.

We do not use your trading data or personal information to train AI models.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Email Tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep you logged in. Analytics cookies and email tracking help us understand what's working. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not run retargeting or cross-site ad tracking.

Cookie categories

CategoryPurposeCan you turn it off?
EssentialKeep you signed in, enforce single-session login, remember your cookie choices, and protect against fraudNo. The Service won't work without them.
Analytics (Google Analytics)Measure visits, page views, and feature use so we can improve the ServiceYes, through our cookie banner or a browser opt-out

If you visit from the EU, UK, or another region that requires consent, analytics cookies stay off until you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the site footer.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. When analytics cookies are enabled, Google Analytics collects:

  • Pages and screens viewed, time on page, and events such as button clicks and sheet generation
  • How you arrived at the site (referring site, search, or campaign link)
  • Device, browser, operating system, and screen information
  • Approximate location (city, region, country) derived from your IP address

How this data is handled:

  • Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. IP addresses are used only to estimate location and are then discarded.
  • We use Google Analytics only for aggregate reporting. We do not send your name, email address, or trading data to Google Analytics.
  • We have turned off Google Signals and advertising features, and we do not link Google Analytics to Google Ads or any ad platform.
  • We have set analytics data retention to [14] months. After that, user-level data is deleted automatically.
  • Google processes this data as our service provider under its data processing terms. Google may transfer data to the United States as described in Section 10.

You can block Google Analytics on any site by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can learn how Google uses data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

SendGrid email tracking

We send account and marketing emails through SendGrid, a service of Twilio Inc. Our marketing emails contain a small tracking pixel and tracked links. These tell us:

  • Whether an email was delivered, opened, bounced, or marked as spam
  • Which links were clicked, and when
  • The device type and approximate location (from IP address) at the time of the open or click

How this data is handled:

  • We use it to measure which emails are useful, remove invalid addresses, and stop sending to people who don't engage.
  • It's tied to your email address in our records. We do not share it with advertisers.
  • SendGrid processes it as our service provider and keeps event data for a limited period under its own retention settings.
  • Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails and marketing tracking. We will still send required account, security, and billing emails.
  • You can block tracking pixels by turning off automatic image loading in your email app.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, and we keep analytics cookies off for that browser. Because no common standard exists for older "Do Not Track" browser signals, we treat GPC as the supported signal.

4. Service Providers and Other Sharing

We share personal information only with the service providers below, and only what each one needs to do its job. Each is bound by a contract that limits how it can use your data.

  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, including transfers between brands owned by NEXT GEN Global Partners, LLC. This policy will continue to apply to your information, or you'll be notified of any new policy.
  • With your direction or consent, when you ask us to.

5. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined under California law, and we do not process it for targeted advertising as defined under Colorado law. We do not share your data with advertisers, and we do not monetize your trading data. In the past 12 months, we have not sold or shared personal information, including that of anyone under 16.

6. Data Security

We protect personal information with:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all traffic
  • Encryption of data at rest by our hosting and database providers
  • Secure authentication with email confirmation and hashed passwords
  • Row-level security on database tables, so each user can reach only their own records
  • Secure storage and rotation of API keys
  • Single-session enforcement and login monitoring
  • Access to production data limited to staff who need it

No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant regulators as required by law.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy.

Wherever you live, you can:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us
  • Manage cookies through Cookie Settings in the site footer

How to make a request

Email support@advize.io with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you want to use. We'll confirm your identity by asking you to verify the email address on your account. You can use an authorized agent; we'll ask for proof that the agent has your written permission.

We respond within 30 days. Under California law we may extend that to 45 days total, and under Colorado law to 90 days total when needed, and we'll tell you if we do. We won't charge a fee unless a request is clearly excessive. We will never treat you differently or charge you more for using your rights.

Additional rights for people in the EU, UK, and EEA (GDPR)

In addition to the rights above, you have the right to:

  • Restrict how we process your data in certain cases
  • Data portability, meaning a copy of the data you gave us in a machine-readable format
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including analytics and direct marketing
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already happened
  • Complain to your local data protection authority. A list of EU authorities is available from the European Data Protection Board. In the UK, contact the Information Commissioner's Office.

The legal bases we rely on are listed in Section 2.

Additional rights for California residents (CCPA)

If you live in California, you have the right to:

  • Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to
  • Delete personal information we collected from you, with some legal exceptions
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We still honor GPC signals.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information. We use only account login credentials, and only to run your account, so this right does not require further action from us.
  • Non-discrimination for using any of these rights

We'll respond to your appeal within 45 days. If you disagree with the result, you can contact the Colorado Attorney General.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we'll delete it. If you believe a minor has given us information, email support@advize.io.

NEXT GEN Global Partners, LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers process data in the United States and other countries. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States, which may not have the same data protection laws as your country.

For transfers of personal data from the EU, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) where the recipient is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by emailing support@advize.io.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
