Do I need to be on the infected PC?

No, if you’re on another PC researching  we can provide removal instructions you can print, write down, or send to an email.

I can’t download, so how will I be able to use your recommended tools?

We understand the nature of Rogue Spyware is to stop you from downloading removal software. We wanted to help as many infected users as possible so we set up a method to get around this.

Do I need to have internet access to follow your removal instructions?

No, Rogue Spyware may be blocking access to your internet connection . You may need to bypass your browser. If you have this problem, our Rogue Removal Shop will determine that and provide  instructions to print out, write down, or send to an email.

Why can’t I get online?

We recommend using proven tools to scan your PC for infections and remove them for automatically because it’s much safer. In our opinion this is the best choice to save your PC.

However, we do outline manual removal instructions you can do and at your own risk. If we don’t have it listed on this site, submit the problem and we’ll research it. Then we can send an update when we post the instructions.

How can I download Spyware Doctor if I don’t have internet access?

 

Yes. Often malware knows what tools threatens  potential removal, especially Spyware Doctor. One tactic is to block downloads by hijacking your browser.  I’ve set up a way for you to bypass your browser.

1. Close your browser and all programs.
2. Restart PC. (don’t open your browser)
3. Click Window’s Start Button.
4. Find “Run” or do a search for “Run” . That should pull up run command.
5. Type: www.rogueadviser.com/bypass
6. Note: If you still can’t download, then restart your PC in safe mode and repeat this process.

 

Can you send me a burned copy of Alternate Operating System Scanner?

Yes. Upon request I can send you a burned copy. Fill out our AOSS request form. It will be sent out on next day’s business if received after 2 PM U.S. Eastern. However, by requesting CD you agree to PCtools’s EULA, which will be included to read over. Any use of this product is strictly at your own risk. Only recommend this option if you have no other options and would like to get access to your PC. Or remove a very tough infection.
